Tim, A few weeks ago I was arrested after defending myself from my drunken spouse. I was arrested and held For 12 hours. I called your services and spoke to someone who is very kind and understanding. This person gave me A name and number of an insurance company that would be covering me. I had no issues whatsoever. I was saying the name of five attorneys to choose from. I chose the attorney that I felt best fit the situation. The attorney charge $3000 and the check was overnighted why the insurance company. I have only been a member for one month and I was blown away by which this was handled. I am very happy to be on board and I want to personally thank you for making it hard situation better. What a great and enjoyable experience speaking with you earlier today or yesterday, rather I just woke up from my nap. You are 30 yrs old, so when you get older I am almost 60 yrs old, you are going to notice you will be
taking naps. (LOL)

I really want to thank you for the customer service you provided me with, I was just in ahh with respect to how kind, nice and pleasant as well as professional in how you handled every part of the communication. I have never experienced the complete package from an on phone customer service rep before. But as you reminded me this is a totally different product line ( and you recognize that your approach to customer service must be different), I commend you for your foresight. At such a young age Caitlin you have been able to discern this early, in respect to this service you provide, and as a Navy veteran 30%+ disabled VA “” I thank You Caitlin for your service in your position) , and I so agree its about life or death actual when you come to think of it. As the home owner or innocent individual in the wrong place at the wrong time we could become the victim of circumstances when dealing with law enforcement. I work for Homeland Security, and I see it occur each day in my position when I read the daily reports.

You can be an easily be placed in a precarious position and now you and your livelihood and all that you have worked for is now at risk. With the protection that your company offers, like I said its like an insurance policy to keep in your wallet just in case life happens you are protected.

I just want to say thank you for providing a excellent experience and a lot of good laughter, and keep up the great work, and please pass this email on to your management, supervisory and leadership. You were awesome young Ms. Caitlin ….

And, your company should recognize-your true talents and have you provide Customer Service training for new individuals coming on to the phones. One phase of the training you should have entered as part of the syllabus would be for the students to hear you on the phone and how you conducted one of your regular calls with a customer. Guess what…. I sure and confident that they could pull any of your calls and use as the demo call for training, why because you are AWESOME…..LOLOLOLOL

Howdy Y’all. Just had to share this.
I had to call the NRA this afternoon to straitened out a membership issue. Their member services cannot hold a candle to the USCCA. 

You guys are a finely tuned, high performance, racing engine with the power to overtake the competition with ease. They, on the other hand, are a beat up engine with a burnt valve and a vacuum leak, barely able to get out of its own way.
It just adds to the list of why I appreciate you so much.

“Tony has had a rough last 6 months. On July 4th, his wife died unexpectedly. I knew he was going to have trouble getting through the holidays. I gave him a call a few days after New Year’s to check on him. Found out his favorite cat died on New Year’s Day. The family that lives nearby doesn’t stay in touch with him and the son who is farther away is only able to call him about once a week. I talked to him back in September and found out he needed a new carry belt. He kept telling me he had to wait until he received his wife’s benefits. Every month he kept pushing me off saying hopefully next month. After I heard about his cat and how lonely his Christmas was, I wow’d him the NexBelt that he’s had his eye on. I know both V and Brittany Frane have made phenomenal impressions on him as well. Here are the 2 emails I received, one last night and one today:

You just don’t know how you and the rest of the agents made me so Happy beyond belief! I was overwhelmed by the Card and the Belt you sent me! I’m very greatful for your thoughts in giving me an heart felt emotional time! I can’t put into words how you made my Christmas & New Year! Thank all the agents who signed my Card and the Special Gift! God Bless all the Gang too!

You are so sweet, thank you! I’m so Speechless theirs no Words of how Happy you made me! This is my only Gift I’ve received for Christmas period! God Bless You of Life and Purity!! Hey guys, is concealed carry magazine still a thing? I thought I got a subscription with the USCCA membership but I haven’t received a magazine in months. KUDOS to Brittany Spry. I came in this morning and she was fighting tooth and nail to save a member from cancelling. After offer ALL of his options, she saved him as a CCM subscriber. I just took a call from the same member and he called back and decided that he should join back with an Silver membership. I transferred the call to Brittany. Brittany earned a save, and since she did such a phenomenal job on the first call, gets herself an upgrade too. Great job Brittany! (from Ben F.)

Not a question just a compliment. I recently referred a friend and just received my Kershaw knife. Very satisfied. I ordered one of your knives a few years ago and was very disappointed. You were wonderful, suggested I give it as a gift, and refunded my money. Very gracious of you and the knife found a good home. This knife is truly worthy of your brand. That was awesome , I told her my conserns of catching the read of the advertisement page . It’s definitely a book put to help us but on the other hand . If someone doesn’t know about guns can take it and use it as there trying to lead people, when they break a law .Which I’m not Shure on percentage but everyone or hopefully everyone that puts that gun on him should respect the the law and only use it in a last call to save your life. “From a Pennsylvania member: This is to give you folks a very big “”ATTA Boy!”” I was a full time police officer for 32 years. For 15 of those years I was the firearms training officer.. This was at the Butler City Police Dept. in Butler, Pa. I have
read every article in your magazine since I became a member about 1 year ago. Every Issue you published is loaded with sound advice and good coaching on combat shooting situations. If I was still on active duty I would insist that every officer thoroughly read your magazine each year.. I would make it part of their training that would be required before they
could report to the range for qualification. I’m sure I would get a lot of belly aching and bitching but that never has bothered me. I encourage your members to take your articles very seriously! It will save your life and if you survive your deadly threat it will make the aftermath much easier on you. Most important “”KEEP YOUR MOUtH SHUT UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR LAWYER WITH YOU!!!! I am the safety and security director of our church. A few weeks ago we had a potential threat carrying a back pack walked into our main entrance. The training I have received from your videos, magazine and the many other items that you offer, including other training that I have received, all came into play that evening with my self and other team members that I have trained. Fortunately a bit of verbal de-escalation, things came to a great ending.
