Here’s How The USCCA Guides Its Members Through An Incident…

  1. The Critical Response Team quickly responds to and addresses the needs of a Member who is involved in what the Member describes as a self-defense related incident.
  2. Case Manager immediately connects member to members attorney or gives them access to attorney network if no attorney identified.
  3. The USCCA Member protected with up-front insurance funds that can be used to pay, and retain an attorney to fight criminal charges.
  • Case Manager acts as liaison between USCCA member + Attorney + Insurance Company + bondsman.
  • Case Manager ensures all retainer and attorney fees are issued promptly from the insurance company.
