JULY 2025 USCCA $1200 SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

1. This sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in this sweepstakes you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, including eligibility requirements, and you acknowledge that the results of the sweepstakes as determined by Delta Defense, LLC who is administering this sweepstakes on behalf of the USCCA, Inc. (collectively Delta Defense, LLC and USCCA, Inc. are referred to as “USCCA”) are final in all respects. This sweepstakes is neither endorsed by, nor sponsored by, nor affiliated in any way with any of the non-USCCA companies or products mentioned on the web pages or other marketing materials associated with this sweepstakes. Each non-USCCA company and product has its own registered trademarks that are not owned by the USCCA, nor is the company or their trademarks affiliated in it any way with the USCCA or this sweepstakes.      

2. No subscription or purchase required to enter or win sweepstakes.  No subscription or purchase required to enter or win sweepstakes. Subscription or purchase does not increase chances of winning.  All new or upgrading USCCA Members, who purchase via an eligible webpage that includes these official rules or purchases via phone and mentions this specific sweepstakes, and all recipients of the sweepstakes who register in accordance with the alternative methods (see paragraph 7 for alternative method) set forth in these Official Rules from 07/01/2025 through 07/31/2025 will be automatically entered into the July 2025 USCCA $1200 Sweepstakes.

3. Winner Selection.  On 8/7/2025, the winners will be selected by a random drawing. If the selected winner(s) does not respond or chooses to not accept, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will not be selected in their place.  

4. How to Enter. All recipients of the sweepstakes who register in accordance with the alternative methods (see paragraph 7 for alternative method) set forth in these Official Rules and all new or upgrading USCCA Members who purchase via an eligible webpage that includes these official rules or purchases via phone and mentions this specific sweepstakes, will be automatically entered into the drawing that corresponds to the date that they activate their membership or make their purchase, the contest ends at 11:59 p.m. central time (CT) 07/31/2025. It doesn't matter how you place your order, if you join or purchase during the contest period, you'll be entered into the drawing when you place your order. One entry per person.

5. USCCA is not giving away firearms as a part of this contest. Because it is illegal in some states to ship guns and ammo, and it is difficult to legally transfer a gun to an FFL, all of the gun winners will receive an ACH for the value of any guns associated with a prize. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.  The payout method for each firearm will be determined by the USCCA. Brand and styles of each listed firearm is subject to change. The stated MSRP of each gun prize can be found in Section 12, below.

6. No purchase necessary – Alternate Method of Entry. If you wish to enter this promotion, but do not wish to order a membership at this time, you can enter above on the form on this webpage or any webpage with an opt-in form that includes these official rules for online entry and once entered, you are eligible to win for the day that you registered (cut-off for the sweepstakes is 11:59 p.m. central time (CT) 07/31/2025). 7. Eligibility. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK), 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. USCCA employees and their immediate families are not eligible for this promotion.

8. Conditions.

A.   By entering, you accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of USCCA and its judges.

B.   Any and all state, local or federal taxes and/or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Based on the value of prizes, a portion of winnings may be withheld to satisfy IRS requirements. Winners will be required to complete and deliver all necessary local, state, and/or federal tax reporting documents to the USCCA, including but not limited to a W-9 form containing sensitive and private information of the winner, which forms and information will be used by the USCCA only for tax reporting purposes, and winners should send this information to USCCA through an encrypted e-mail or via mail. USCCA does not provide any tax advice to winners regarding the sweepstakes and/or prizes and winners should consult with their tax advisors before accepting any prize.

C.  Prizes are not transferable.

D.  No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of USCCA, Inc.

E.   Submission of an entry to this Contest constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in any media worldwide without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. The selected Winner shall complete any documents requested by Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates or partners, granting Sponsor and its parents, affiliates and partners the worldwide rights to use Winner’s submission, name, photograph, recordings, or other likeness for advertising and promotional purposes.Winners may be required to execute and return within seven (7) days of date printed on notification, an Affidavit or Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation USCCA reasonably requires for prize fulfillment.

F.   If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that USCCA and its independent judging organization accept no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of the prize awarded hereunder.

G.  USCCA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or terminate the sweepstakes, without notice, at its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if USCCA determines that the sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned, or should a virus, bug, tampering, or unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or other cause beyond USCCA’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the sweepstakes. In the event of tampering or unauthorized intervention, USCCA reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue.

H.  USCCA is not responsible for any errors in the offer or administration of the sweepstakes, including the posting of these official rules, inaccurate transcription of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, the inability to access any website or online service, selection or announcement of any winner, or distribution of any prize.

I.     All firearms licensing and/or transfer fees as applicable are each winner's responsibility.

J.   This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

K.   By entering this sweepstakes you agree that if you win a prize, USCCA can publish your first name, last initial, and state of residence in any media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, without limitation. We publish this limited information to protect your identity and announce the winners.

10.  Odds of Winning. If your entry is 1 entry among a total number of 14,000 entries, your odds of winning are 1 in 14,000.

11.  Winners List. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by mail to: USCCA, “July 2025 USCCA $1200 Sweepstakes”, 1000 Freedom Way, West Bend, WI 53095.  Requests must be received by 07/31/2025.

12.  Prizes:  6 winners will be chosen and each will receive: an ACH with an MSRP of $1,200.

13.  E-Mail Marketing List.  By entering the sweepstakes USCCA will add you to their e-mail marketing list unless you opt-out when entering. Opting-out will not decrease the chance of winning. 14.  Void Where Prohibited by Law.  This sweepstakes and your participation in it is void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for determining whether this sweepstakes is legal/ not prohibited in your state.     

15. General Conditions. These Rules contain the entire agreement and understanding among the parties, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and representations other than those specifically set forth herein. Any modifications of these Rules shall be in writing and provided to all parties.

16. Dispute Resolution. Except where prohibited, each Contestant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action asserted by Contestants arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved by good faith discussions between the parties. Should these good faith discussions prove unavailing, then any dispute may only be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and must be exclusively venued in the State of Wisconsin.

17. Choice of Law Provisions. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Contestants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and Promoter in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Wisconsin.
