Founder and CEO of the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Tim Schmidt believes Maryland’s ban of ‘assault weapons’ is solving the wrong problem and disagrees with the Supreme Court’s decision to decline review.
Schmidt also weighs in on the more than 200,000 instant background checks received by the FBI on Black Friday, setting the record for the most ever in one day.
