Agreement
The Terms of Use, the Commercial General Liability Coverage Form Firearm Policy, and the Membership Application constitute the agreement between you and USCCA, Inc. and Delta Defense, LLC.
Payment
All payments are made to Delta Defense LLC.
For membership applications, Delta Defense, LLC enrolls members into the USCCA, Inc.
Benefits
The Commercial General Liability Coverage Form Firearm LIability sets forth the insurance coverage you will receive when you become a Member of USCCA, Inc. You are entitled to Membership and insurance benefits based upon the level of Membership you have selected on the Membership Application. If you are not a Member, you cannot enjoy the insurance coverage and certain exclusive benefits of Membership in the USCCA, Inc.
Term of Membership – Automatic Renewal
The term of your Membership is one (1) year from the date you submit your Membership Application and your Membership Application is accepted by the USCCA, Inc., provided that you make all of your regular payments as set forth in the Membership Application. Your Membership will automatically renew at the expiration of the one (1) year term for successive one (1) year terms, provided that you make all of your regular payments as set forth in the Membership Application.
By submitting your Membership Application you hereby authorize USCCA, Inc. and/or Delta Defense, LLC to debit your account (if using a debit card) or charge your credit card the amount set forth on the Membership Application. Because your membership will automatically renew, you hereby authorize USCCA, Inc. and/or Delta Defense, LLC to debit your account (if using a debit card) or charge your credit card the amount due for membership at the benefit level set forth in your Membership Application one (1) year from the date your Membership Application is submitted and accepted, and each successive year thereafter in the amount then charged for the level of benefits set forth in your Membership Application.
You can cancel your Membership at any time by calling USCCA, Inc. at (877) 677-1919.
Because the annual Membership cost might vary from year-to-year, and the amount that USCCA, Inc. and/or Delta Defense, LLC will debit from your account (if using a debit card) or charge to your credit card might increase from year-to-year, if the amount you will pay to renew your Membership increases at any time, USCCA, Inc. shall send you a written notification thirty (30) days prior to such renewal and increase which shall include notification of any Membership price increase and the increase in the debit to your account or the charge to your credit card for the annual automatic renewal. If you do not wish to renew your membership, you can cancel at any time.
If USCCA, Inc. or Delta Defense, LLC attempts to debit your account (if using a debit card) or charge your credit card, and the debit or charge is rejected, USCCA, Inc. or Delta Defense, LLC shall notify you, and if payment is not made immediately, USCCA, Inc. and/or Delta Defense, LLC shall treat such event as a cancellation.
It is the member’s sole responsibility to notify Delta Defense, LLC of any change in address, phone number, email, or payment method information. You may do so by calling (877) 677-1919.

Cancellation
You can cancel your Membership at any time pursuant to the Bulletproof Guarantee. If you cancel your Membership because you are dissatisfied with the USCCA, Inc. or your Membership and you request a refund, the USCCA, Inc. will refund the Membership dues you have paid for the current annual term of your Membership. If you cancel your Membership, you are also cancelling the insurance coverage provided for USCCA, Inc. Members.
USCCA, Inc. will cancel your Membership if you fail to pay your Membership dues pursuant to the Membership Application. Failure to pay pursuant to your Membership Application will result in the cancellation and termination of your Membership and the cancellation and termination of the insurance coverage you have as a Member. Immediately upon cancellation and termination of your Membership, your insurance coverage will also terminate without any further notice.
Terms Of Use
- Do not share your logon username and password. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.

You, USCCA, Inc. and Delta Defense, LLC agree that any and all disputes between you and USCCA, Inc. or Delta Defense, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and jurisdiction and venue for any such disputes shall be in the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court of Washington County, Wisconsin. You understand and agree that this covenant and agreement as to governing law, jurisdiction, and venue is an important part of your Membership and agree to these provisions in consideration of the Member benefits received as a Member of USCCA, Inc.
USCCA eLearning Modules – LIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE AGREEMENT”) BEFORE PURCHASING THE POWER POINT PRESENTATION CONCEALED CARRY AND HOME DEFENSE FUNDAMENTALS AND RELATED EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND VIDEOS (COLLECTIVELY THE “PRODUCT”). DELTA DEFENSE, LLC IS WILLING TO GRANT YOU A LIMITED LICENSE TO USE THE PRODUCT ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. “YOU” MEANS THE INDIVIDUAL PURCHASING THE PRODUCT. THIS IS A LEGAL AND ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND DELTA DEFENSE, LLC. Ownership of Product
The Product (including any product packaging, documentation, supplements, videos, and books) is the property of Delta Defense, LLC, and is protected by copyright law. Although Delta Defense, LLC continues to own the Product, after your acceptance of this License Agreement you will have certain rights to use the Product as set forth below. All rights not expressly granted to you by this Licensing Agreement are retained by Delta Defense, LLC.
Grant of Limited License
- Right to Use. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, Delta Defense, LLC hereby grants to you, and you hereby accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable limited license, without the right to sublicense, to use the Product for educational purposes only. You are not authorized to use the Product in any manner not specifically authorized by this License Agreement.
- Sale. You are not authorized to sell the Product.
- Reproduction. You are not authorized to reproduce or transmit the Product or any part of the Product by any means whatsoever, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording, or otherwise, without first obtaining written consent from Delta Defense, LLC. To obtain written consent, you may email Delta Defense, LLC with your request to support@usccainstructors.com. You are not authorized to use the Product or any portion thereof to create derivative works, including but not limited to any online course.
- Distribution. You are not authorized to distribute the Product or any portions thereof in any manner including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording, or otherwise to any other individuals. You are not authorized to post the Product or any portions thereof on any social media platform or other websites including, but not limited to YouTube or your website.
Rights Reserved and Trademarks
Notwithstanding any rights licensed hereunder, all rights relating to the Product, including without limitation any copyrights related thereto, are expressly reserved by Delta Defense, LLC. Nothing in this License Agreement authorizes you to use Delta Defense, LLC’s or USCCA’s trademarks, logos, or other marks in any manner other than as placed on the Product by Delta Defense, LLC.
Liability
You accept full responsibility for your use of the Product and you hereby release, indemnify, agree to defend, and hold Delta Defense, LLC, its officers, directors, members, owners, agents, or assigns harmless from any and all claims or causes of action (including any and all damages and attorney fees) that you might have or that are made by any third parties arising out of or related in any way to your use of the Product or this License Agreement.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE BELOW LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DELTA DEFENSE, LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO CASE SHALL DELTA DEFENSE, LLC’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any action arising out of this License Agreement shall be brought in the State Circuit Court for Washington County Wisconsin. You waive any challenge to the venue or jurisdiction in Washington County State Circuit Court. This License Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Delta Defense, LLC relating to the Product; supersedes all prior oral or written communications, proposals, and representations with respect to the Product; and prevails over any conflicting or additional terms of any quote, order, acknowledgment, or similar communications between the parties. Delta Defense, LLC may terminate this License Agreement if you breach any term contained herein and, if such termination occurs, you must cease use of and destroy all copies of the Product.
