What You'll Learn
This course prepares you for the unexpected realities following a self-defense incident. We’ll explore the physiological effects of fight or flight, including the impact of adrenaline, endorphins, and stress on your body, such as tunnel vision, slow-motion time, memory loss, and false memories. You’ll also learn about six critical things that may occur when the police arrive, such as being detained or arrested, facing interrogation, and the importance of having an attorney and bail money ready. Additionally, the course covers the crucial phone calls you need to make after an incident and guides you on what to say and do during those calls to protect your rights and well-being.
