Heather Schmitt

Heather Radomski is a Senior Training Counselor for the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) and a Lead Instructor at the Range of Richfield.

Heather is a trainer certified in all USCCA curriculum. Heather also holds certifications from the National Rifle Association (NRA) as an NRA Basic Pistol Instructor, Personal Protection Inside and Outside the Home Instructor as well as being an NRA certified Range Safety Officer. Heather has hundreds of hours of specific firearm instruction and has trained with world-class instructors including Beth Alcazar and The Massad Ayoob Group. She began teaching concealed carry and other shooting classes to the public in 2014.

Heather enjoys working with all levels of students, but especially enjoys training women who enjoy the shooting sports. Her ladies-only classes provide a safe, nurturing environment for learning and honing shooting skills. Heather is also a member of A Girl and A Gun (AG & G) Richfield Chapter at The Range of Richfield. AG & AG’s mission is to educate women on safe and accurate shooting, empower, support, build friendships and have fun. Heather’s passion is to aid in the transformation of women who set out to learn how to shoot, and in the process discover confidence in themselves that improves all areas of their lives.
