This course provides a Holster Draw Certification that allows you to draw and fire from a HOLSTER at GUNTRY WV!

Semi-Auto Pistol 2 is designed by nationally recognized instructors and coaches for shooters who understand the basic fundamentals and want to apply them in a contextually relevant way. Classroom and live-fire range instruction covers the following topics:

Essential Fundamental Skills for Defensive Handgun Use

Principles of Firearm Safety

Contextual Manipulation

Practical Handgun Marksmanship with correct aiming scheme, trigger press, and follow-through

Balance of Speed and Precision

Proficiency and Efficiency

Administrative, Proactive, and Emergency Reloads

Safe, Efficient Holster Draw

THIS COURSE IS PART OF OUR 25-HOUR GUNTRY DEFENSIVE HANDGUN ACADEMY.

Required Equipment:

200 rounds of handgun ammo

Reliable Semi-auto Handgun with 3 magazines

Quality strongside or appendix holster and belt (No SERPA or crossdraw holsters)

Pouch for magazines

Rental guns are available but ammo must be purchased from the range for all rentals

Loaner holsters, magazines, pouches, and belts are available for most common handguns

Please wear pants with belt loops.

Prerequisite: If you are a total handgun beginner, it is highly recommended that you start with Semi-Auto Pistol 1.

It is imperative that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time, as classes begin promptly on the hour. Those who are more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted and will need to reschedule. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our GUNTRY guidelines.

Refund Policy:

For a full refund, customers must contact GUNTRY at least 24 hours in advance.

If customers call on the day of the class, up until class time starts, we can offer a full refund in the form of in-store credit or reschedule the class.

If customers call after the class has started, we will offer a 50% in-store credit for the value of the class.
