Cancellation Policy: Payment is non-refundable. If notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, class fee can be transferred to another class within 90 days one time only. Students that "no show", "no call" or "no call, no show", without contacting the instructor prior to class, will forfeit their class fee funds.
What We'll Teach
Save a Life: Control the Bleed
Participants will learn how to control severe arterial bleeding using commercial tourniquets or improvised methods, apply compression bandages, pack wounds, and treat chest injuries.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
We will be practicing tourniquet and compression bandage application and wound packing in class on a bleeding simulation. Please wear clothing that you do not mind becoming potentially stained.
