USCCA CCHDF CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR COURSE

This course has an online e-learning pre-requisite. This e-learning takes approximately 8 hours to complete and must be done prior to attending the course. This fast-paced, informative class will provide you with the tools to be an outstanding instructor. After successful completion of this course, you will be a certified USCCA Instructor, able to teach all of the material contained in the Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals Curriculum. This curriculum contains 3 core classes: • Home Defense Fundamentals • Basic Handgun • Concealed Carry (You must be certified by BCI in Utah to teach a course for concealed carry, once you obtain instructor credentials, you’ll be able to move forward to obtain certification through BCI.

You will also receive an official instructor polo, 10 student manuals, and classroom posters. Once you become an instructor, you will also have access to additional curriculum by purchasing the toolkit and taking the online e-learning without the need to attend more in-person instructor courses. Courses currently available for instructors include • Countering The Mass Shooter Threat • Emergency First-aid Fundamentals • Women's Handgun & Self-Defense Fundamentals • Children's Firearm and Safety Fundamentals Michelle Camp of On Point Defense Training was the first USCCA Training Counselor in the State of Utah and has been teaching since 2014. She regularly teaches USCCA curriculum and enjoys helping others on their journey to become effective firearms and self-defense instructors.
