What You'll Learn
This course is a 30-hr blended Online/In-Person course, covering the Texas DPS Level 3 Commissioned Security Officer requirements. After registration, students will be provided the access information for approximately 12 hours of online instruction, and then 18 hours of in class/in-person instruction.
In-person class times are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the two days listed for the schedule. Students may work through the online portion at their own pace.
Cost includes both handgun (required) AND shotgun (optional) qualification. Handguns and shotguns are available for rent for $25. Ammunition is available for purchase at the NPSI training facility.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
