Allen Stemsrud

Mr. Stemsrud is the owner of First Manchu LTC Training LLC. He served in the US Army as an infantryman in the 7th Infantry Division where he participated in Operation Just Cause in Panama. After the military he served 25 years in the El Paso County Sheriff's Office as a corrections supervisor, use of force trainer, law enforcement instructor and Special Reaction Team member. Mr. Stemsrud named his business after the 1st Battalion, 9th Infantry (Manchu) Regiment from his 7th Infantry Division days where he lived by the Motto: "Keep Up The Fire!" Mr. Stemsrud is a USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense instructor, NRA Pistol Instructor, Licensed Law Enforcement instructor, Texas License To Carry Instructor and a New Mexico Concealed carry instructor.
