Our classes are inclusive, but we primarily focus on empowering women, college students, and youth to build confidence, independence, and self-protection strategies. Whether you're learning self-defense tactics, situational awareness, or how to use non-lethal safety tools, our mission is to help you feel secure and prepared in any scenario.
