"The instructor was very knowledgeable, explained things different ways so all participants could understand and was patient during live fire activities. Safety was demonstrated to be a high priority. He worked the individual participants at whatever level they were starting from and suggested ways to improve "

"Michael introduced me to always being aware of my safety, as well as others, in an unexpected tense situation where I might have to protect myself or my family by understanding How fast an assailant (or how many) can approach, the importance of what to aim for and knowing what/where my ammo should/could go. He taught us how to grab for our weapon that was in a holster, slide it out smoothly and to prepare to fire once it’s in position. Also, learning how to reload was especially helpful. It was nice to understand the overall concept of protecting myself safely."
