My Biography

I've been an Exercise Physiologist for 35 years specializing in strength and conditioning and movement efficiency. Clients have included PGA Champion Tour player Bernhard Langer and Gold Glove Shortstop Tony Fernandez. I've now taken my teaching/training skill set into firearms training.

    "Moni, thank you for review. I know the beginner class is a fair amount of classroom and dry fire time, learning about firearms, how they work, safety, stance, grip etc., and only a little live fire. The follow up Defensive Shooting classes are 100% live fire on the range. "
