What You'll Learn
Real Estate Safety Class In this class you will learn: • How to identify job-related activities that put agents at risk of an attack • The finer points of tuning into your environment through situational awareness, will help you avoid a potentially violent encounter • Commonly used cellphone safety features and apps that can be used to keep real estate agents safe • The legal use of force and what criteria must be met before you can use reasonable or deadly force, plus the potential consequences that could follow • Armed, unarmed and less-lethal defensive options • Handgun Basics with live fire range time

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
If you have a handgun, you are welcome to bring it along for the live fire portion of the class. If not, I will have a couple of .22's to use.
