What You'll Learn
Upon successfully completing this course, you will become USCCA Certified Instructor, uniquely authorized to teach the USCCA course, Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals. This course has become the gold standard across the United States for law abiding Americans seeking to obtain their concealed carry permit. As a USCCA certified instructor, you will be trained and equipped to provide world-class instruction to students. You will have access to our world class classroom materials (including a full set of PowerPoint presentations and classroom videos). During this two-day training course, you’ll be taught by a USCCA Training Counselor on a number of valuable topics, including: The top ten instructor mistakes, and how to avoid them; teaching best practices; and running a safe live fire range. You’ll also have a chance to demonstrate your knowledge of the USCCA training material through seven short presentations to a group of your peers, as well as running a live fire range, guiding your peers through the safe completion of the USCCA course of fire. After completion of this course, you’ll not only be intimately familiar with the USCCA training methodology and materials, you’ll be a far better instructor and presenter, regardless of the topic of choice. Prior to the class, you must complete the corresponding eLearning. After passing the class, you will be sent an instructor shirt and toolkit.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded, at the discretion of the Instructor. Students who cancel a class will be given one opportunity to rebook the class at a later date. Students who cancel a second time (for the same class) will be required to re-register and pay for the class as a new registration (with no refund for the previous registration). It will be at the sole discretion of the Instructor whether to approve additional cancellations & re-registrations.

Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals - Certified Instructor
Upon successfully completing this course, you will become a USCCA Certified Instructor uniquely authorized to teach the USCCA course, Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals.
This course has become the nation’s leading curriculum for law-abiding Americans seeking to obtain their concealed carry permit. When it comes to firearms fundamentals and concealed carry and home defense concepts, you will provide your students with high-quality material and help them understand the ‘why’ behind training concepts.
Class Preparation: You must complete the corresponding online learning course. (Automatically sent to you upon registering for the class.)
Day 1: you’ll be taught by a USCCA Training Counselor on a number of valuable topics including:
- Top ten instructor mistakes and how to avoid them
- Teaching best practices
- Running a safe live fire range
Day 2: You’ll have a chance to:
- Demonstrate your knowledge of the USCCA training material through seven short presentations to a group of your peers
- Run a live fire range, guiding your peers through the safe completion of the USCCA course of fire

Additional Notes from Your Instructor
It is important for the prospective student of this course to recognize that this is NOT a beginner's level course. This course is designed to take the person who has a solid base of experience with firearms and a demonstrated ability to interact in a learning environment, primarily with adults. This is not a "learn to shoot" class. To successfully complete this course, students will be required to present "teach backs", both individually and as part of a group, as well as perform in a "coaching" role during the live fire qualification portion of the course. The registration price includes two separate items; one is the price of the actual course itself, the other is the fee that goes directly to USCCA for which you will receive your "Instructor Toolkit". These items used to be purchased separately, however, they are now combined for a more efficient customer experience.
