What You'll Learn
This is the Level III women's defensive pistol course. Coursework includes common & advanced pistol malfunctions & how to clear them, drawing from a holster, shooting on the move, states of awareness, mag reloading, drawing from concealment, additional drills depending on skill evaluation & time. You must be certified in a basic pistol or concealed carry course, or have taken Women's Level II course at minimum. Cost includes range fee.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Women's Handgun & Self-Defense Fundamentals
With three distinct modules, this course is designed for those who are brand new to firearms and those who are ready to learn more about defensive shooting.
Basics and fundamentals will be introduced, reviewed, and then built upon, while also exploring:
- Situational awareness
- Common types of handguns
- Ammunition types, malfunctions
- Firearms handling skills
- Defensive pistol fundamentals
- The use of deadly force
Whether you’ve never touched a firearm, you’re looking for the next steps in your training, or you’ve chosen to learn about the skills, tools, and mindset needed to use firearms for self-defense, you can be prepared to carry confidently every day with tips and techniques from experienced women in the world of firearms.
