My Biography

Fran served 30 years as a Federal Law Enforcement Agent/Supervisor. For most of that time he was the Washington Division's Threat Management Coordinator and Tactical Team Leader. He retired from law enforcement in 2015 and since then has been active in civilian firearms training. Fran is certified by the MD State Police as an instructor and also serves the State of Maryland Department of Natural Resources as a Hunter Safety Instructor/Firearms Coordinator.
