Our expert instructors will guide you through the critical aspects of loading, unloading, and clearing the firearm, ensuring that you are well-versed in the fundamental safety protocols. You'll also learn about the importance of maintenance and cleaning, which is vital for keeping your AR-15 in optimal condition for years to come. Accessorizing the AR-15 and selecting the right support gear are also key components of the training, allowing you to customize your firearm to suit your personal preferences and shooting style. Our instructors will provide insights into AR-15 shooting basics and the essential technique of zeroing your rifle, ensuring your accuracy and confidence on the range. Additionally, we will cover practical applications, including how to handle the AR-15 around the house for personal defense, and transitioning to the range for practice. Every drill and exercise in this class is designed with a purpose there’s training value in every trigger press as you work towards enhanced proficiency.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

Getting Started with the AR-15
Classroom only; instructor-led PowerPoint presentation highlighting the history and popularity of the AR-15; parts, features, and functions; overview of cleaning and maintenance; accessorizing the AR-15; and basics about using the AR-15 for home defense.
