The Utah Non-Resident Permit is a great permit for any CCW Permit-Holder to have in their wallet. The Utah concealed weapons permit allows you to conceal carry in more than 37 different states. The Utah Concealed Carry Permit makes travel easy because many states honor this permit. This means you can take your firearm with you when crossing state border.

This class is a great option for everyone; whether you have a License to Carry a Concealed Weapon, or you are just looking to get started. On the of day of the course, we provide everything required to get your permit; paperwork, passport quality photo, a copy of your Driver’s License, and fingerprinting service.

Some common reasons people may seek a Utah Concealed Firearm Permit. The ability to carry a firearm fully loaded. The ability to carry a firearm concealed. Recognition of Utah’s permit by other states. Permit valid for 5 years. Lower permit cost compared to many other states. Utah law makes no distinction or defines what type of firearm a concealed firearm permit holder can possess or how many.

Application requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • One passport quality photo. (Provided)
  • Photo copy of driver license. (Provided)
  • One (blue) type applicant fingerprint card. (Provided)
  • Instructor stamp in red ink.

Non-resident applicants who reside in a state that Utah has reciprocity or recognition with must also supply proof of having obtained a permit from their state of residency. (New Hampshire)

Applications must be received by BCI within one year of taking the concealed firearm permit course.

We are located in Salem, NH, within minutes of Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence and Lowell MA. Our classes are conducted in a dedicated firearms training classroom. Most classes include actual live fire training on the range. We are very experienced instructing with first time and beginner shooters, as well as advanced level students. Small class size environment.

Regularly scheduled firearms safety courses for Massachusetts License to Carry Permits. We offer USCCA Instructor Certification in our New Hampshire location and hosted sites throughout New England.

Legal Use of Force

In this lesson, Michael Martin will cover important legal topics, including the laws governing the legal use of force inside and outside the home. Within this lesson, you’ll get a chance to test what you’ve learned, using several real world scenarios with you as the actor.
