What to Know Before Attending:     •    Physical Fitness: Students must be healthy enough to operate with accelerated heart rates.     •    Impact: Non-lethal training projectiles may cause slight bruising.     •    Safety: No lethal weapons or personal protective equipment allowed in the classroom (firearms, knives, mace, etc.).     •    What to Bring: Heavy sweatshirt for protection.
