Brian Swartling

Brian has been shooting since the young age of 12 when he was first taken on a squirrel hunt. Brian's passion for competitive shooting started in the early 1990's with the Glock Sport Shooting Foundation (GSSF). Since that time, Brian has been involved in many different shooting disciplines, including: USPSA, IDPA, 3 gun, bowling pin matches, trap and NRL22 matches. He has also been the GSSF Match Director for the Western Wisconsin Glock Classic at the Holmen Rod & Gun Club for the last seven years. Brian started out instructing back in 1998 with the MN DNR teaching Youth Firearms Safety and Advanced Hunter Education classes. He is a certified instructor through the USCCA and NRA. In addition to the certifications listed below, Brian has enjoyed teaching private lessons with shooters of all skill levels, as well as, sharing his extensive knowledge and skill as a pistol caliber reloader. As an extension of his passion for shooting, Brian has designed and fabricated many Bianchi style plate racks for various organizations.
