"I went to Fischer's Outback to take the concealed carry class. When I arrived Bill Fischer was there early and waiting for everyone to arrive. He was very professional and courteous. He treated everyone with respect and also took the time to make small yet humorous conversation. Which was nice when sitting through a long course. He explained all the lessons thoroughly and did it in such a way that it was easy to understand and he used real life scenarios to put things into perspective. He implemented some “hands on” games with laser pistols and target shooting which made it fun to learn. It was a great class!! I just want to inform you that Bill was instrumental in ensuring that I will absolutely be returning to Fischer's Outback in the future and I will certainly be signing up to be a member of USCCA. Bill has superior teaching abilities, outstanding people skills and was VERY knowledgeable about firearms and safety. USCCA should be very proud to be associated with Bill Fischer. It is very rare these days to find someone who values a student learning more than making money and his abilities were unparalleled. He was very pleasant and didn’t try to rush everybody through the class so he could finish quicker, but at the same time he was exceedingly cheerful, polite and considerate. I want to compliment Bill on his courtesy and personal treatment. This experience has secured my confidence and future business at Fischer's Outback and USCCA. Furthermore, I will be glad to pass on the good news to all my friends. Thank you! In short, Bill is a rare commodity. Actions like his build your reputation as a customer-centered operation.
