|Taught by"Took the Lunar CPL course, taught by Luis Rivera. Not the 1st CPL I have taken, so comparing to other states and teachers, Luis was the best. His concern in teaching seemed to be the student. He made sure the student understood the license, why it was important and how to not misuse it and protect yourself. He taught the gun and made sure his student understood the gun and was comfortable with the handling of a pistol. Very good teacher and showed his compassion in his speaking for our gun rights and country."
