What You'll Learn
Learn the basic controls, use and maintenance of the AR platform. Feel free to bring your rifle in and get it set up.
Students will conduct dry fire exercises' w/laser targets.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Getting Started with the AR-15
Classroom only; instructor-led PowerPoint presentation highlighting the history and popularity of the AR-15; parts, features, and functions; overview of cleaning and maintenance; accessorizing the AR-15; and basics about using the AR-15 for home defense.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
If you bring your rifle with you: 1. have a sling for it 2. have at least 2 magazines 3. No ammunition in the classroom.
