"From the time we (my son & I) entered the front door the customer service was outstanding. Ms. Lena & Mr. Christopher greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. Thank you guys for showing so much kindness in a world where there’s so much hatred. Our instructor Mr. James (Jimmy) Carnes was superb, a very kind hearted man. He didn’t rush the class and presented me with facts & knowledge (dos & don’ts) and took the time to answer any of my questions. Even when it was time for the gun range he encouraged me to stay calm and to relax and that I got that and to remember what I was taught in class. I will forever be grateful to you Mr. Jimmy. Thank you!!!"

"I took the wear and carry (concealed carry) permit class this past weekend. My instructor, Chuck Yocum, was very informative and was able to answer all questions everyone in the class. Learning laws can be boring, he made it entertaining and explained it in a way that someone without a law degree can understand. The entire staff at Security Training Academy at phenomenal. I would highly recommend them. Even if you unsure if you want to carry take the class to gain a perspective and more information. "
