Jacob “Israel” Ogburn Israel Ogburn is the Principal Firearms Instructor and Owner of Conscious Tactical. He is a certified firearms instructor with USCCA, a licensed Fugitive Recovery Agent and licensed Private Investigator. Israel is a United States Army veteran who proudly served his country.

Because of his passion to help others, Israel started his company to empower individuals by providing them effective, adequate, and legal firearms and self-defense training.
