"Jerome took the time to listen to personal experiences I've had and help me create a go-to game plan for every showing, phone call, and interaction I have with potential clients. While there were several points I already knew from experience, there were many more that I learned that I will be using every day from now on. Knowing what to do during every stage of threat is super important for my safety, even when there may not be one there at all. Simple things like letting clients walk in first, asking them to take their shoes and coats off, and checking ID's are all things I would have never thought could make a difference. I will continue to go to Jerome for any and all USCCA classes that are offered in the future. He was professional, straight forward, nice, and well spoken. Every agent, no matter how long you've been licensed, will benefit from this class. "
