DEFENSIVE SHOOTING FUNDAMENTALS Deeply involved course to develop a shooter’s skill and confidence in counter-ambush defense in Dynamic Critical Incidents. Integrating a self-paced e-learning system with a full day of reality-based shooting drills, this training creates Intuitive Defensive Shooting which instinctively uses the natural reactions of the body to fight back and survive. Science and shooting are combined, working well with what the body does naturally. The latest in physiology, anatomy, and neuroscience are employed from real-life experience. Following the e-learning is a rewarding, challenging, and tiring day of realistic shooting drills and skills. We are not trying to compete in shooting scores, but to drive each shooter individually to perform at their own best.
ADVANCED PISTOL SKILLS Advanced Pistol Skills is the continuation of confidence building drills and techniques for students looking to push their abilities to the next level.
This well-developed course isn't just mechanical skills, but answers the "Why?" behind the methods to best prepare you for the Dynamic Critical Incident. Defensive skills and training with the firearm stands uniquely apart from typical marksmanship or competition shooting.
Based on scientific data on physiological and psychological responses to stress.
Drills will provide you with: --cognitive development and processing information --rapid fire --emergency reloading --adjusting to the reality of chaos --strong hand and weak hand only shooting --multiple target engagement --movement involved with shooting
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded. **FOR DEFENSIVE SHOOTING FUNDAMENTALS/BASICS, AR-15 DEFENSIVE FUNDAMENTALS/BASICS, and CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR TRAINING: Due to the limited number of spaces for each session, Students are required to cancel at least 2 weeks in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 2 weeks before the class will not be refunded.
What We'll Teach
Defensive Shooting Fundamentals - Level 1
Over 1 million students have taken the U.S. Concealed Carry Association’s course offerings across the nation. The Defensive Shooting Fundamentals class can be taken by anyone of any skill level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced shooter, you will walk away from this course a better protector of yourself and your loved ones.
You will learn the concept of balancing speed and precision to begin the course, understanding your individual limits, the importance of accurate hits to target, and ability to quickly engage with a target.

Purchasing a gun is part of the self-defense journey, but knowing how to safely and effectively use it is even more important. Education and training are critical methods to ensure students will be ready if they’re forced to use their firearms to defend themselves and their loved ones.
