Mike Latessa

I'm a retired career public safety professional and a concealed firearm carrier for over 25 years. I spent 11 of those years on SWAT responding to barricaded/hostage situations and serving high risk search warrants. Over the course of my career, I've worked as a First Responder in some of our largest and most dangerous urban areas as well as the Nation's Capital. I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of New Hampshire, the University of South Florida and advanced work at the University of Cincinnati. My teaching credentials include but are not limited to, Adjunct Instructor for the National Emergency Training Center, Adjunct Instructor-Barry University, State and National Fire Service Instructor, EMT and Paramedic Instructor, as well as being a USCCA Firearm Instructor, Certified Range Safety Officer and Level 02 Protector Academy Qualified.
