This is a two day course and it is designed for you to leave with ALL the tools needed to start your classes.

Requirements to be Completed Prior to Class: • E- Learning • Active CCW (in Resident State)
Student Expectations and Responsibilities: • Maintain Professional Behavior • Students will learn with a high-level understanding of formulation a business • 50 round live-fire qualification course o Maximum of 2 attempts o (Required Caliber Minimum: Semi-Automatic 9mm, Revolver 38) o Students are responsible for any range fees.
At the conclusion, successful candidates will be given a 1 on 1 session to dig deeper into creating a brand for the business and understanding the start-up process of becoming a Firearms Instructor.

Cancellation Policy: General Policy: All sales are final. Once a course is purchased, it is non-refundable. Courses may include additional benefits such as training materials, tools, or gifts ("Packaged Extras"). These Packaged Extras are contingent upon attendance and completion of the full course and are subject to availability. Minimum Enrollment: Some courses require a minimum number of students to proceed. If this minimum is not met, enrolled students will be offered a place in the next available session of the same course at the discretion of the instructor, without penalty. Transfers: Students wishing to transfer to a different class must request this change in writing and receive approval from the instructor. All transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the start of the originally scheduled course. Approved transfers will not incur any fees. Late Transfers and No-Shows: Transfer requests made within 48 hours of the course start time, or failure to attend (no-show), will be subject to a $15 administrative fee, payable separately. This fee is non-refundable. Packaged Extras: If a course includes Packaged Extras, these will only be eligible for transfer alongside the student once, without penalty. If a student requests a second transfer, they forfeit any claim to these Packaged Extras. Cancellation by Instructor: Tactical Education & Defense, LLC reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This includes situations that may not be safe or conducive to the planned training environment or other instances that prevent course delivery as scheduled. We assure our students that the decision to cancel a course is made with serious consideration and with the safety, learning outcomes, and best interests of all participants in mind. Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather conditions, Tactical Education & Defense, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes for the safety of students and instructors. If a class is canceled due to weather, students will be notified as soon as possible and offered a transfer to a rescheduled class or another available session, without penalty. No administrative fees will be charged for weather-related rescheduling. Instructor Illness Cancellations: In the event that a class must be canceled due to instructor illness, Tactical Education & Defense, LLC will make every effort to notify enrolled students as soon as possible. Affected students will be offered the option to transfer to the next available session of the same course at no additional cost. Alternatively, students may choose to transfer to a different course of equal value, subject to availability and instructor approval. If neither option is suitable, students will have the opportunity to request a credit for the full amount paid, which can be applied towards any future course within a six-month period from the date of the original course. Tactical Education & Defense, LLC prioritizes the health and safety of both our instructors and students and appreciates your understanding and flexibility in such situations. Right to Refuse Registration and Student Removal: Tactical Education & Defense, LLC reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual based on prior conduct, safety concerns, or any other circumstance deemed by the instructors or management to be contrary to the organization's interests or operational safety. This decision is at the sole discretion of Tactical Education & Defense, LLC. Furthermore, Tactical Education & Defense, LLC maintains the authority to remove any student from a course if they exhibit behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or incompatible with the educational environment and safety protocols established by our instructors and policies. This includes, but is not limited to, disrespect towards instructors or other students, failure to follow safety instructions, or any form of harassment. In the event that an individual is refused registration before the commencement of a course or removed during an ongoing course, the decision will be final. Depending on the circumstances, the individual may be eligible for a partial or full refund or credit towards a future course, at the discretion of Tactical Education & Defense, LLC. However, any individual removed for disciplinary reasons may forfeit their right to a refund or credit. Late Arrival Policy: Tactical Education & Defense, LLC values the importance of starting all courses promptly to provide a full and comprehensive educational experience for all participants. It is expected that students arrive and are prepared to begin at the designated start time of their registered course. If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, they may miss essential safety briefings and instructional segments. To maintain the safety and structure of the training, we reserve the right to deny entry to students who arrive late. Students denied entry due to late arrival may be eligible for a transfer to another session of the same course, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Tactical Education & Defense, LLC. However, a $15 administrative fee will apply to such transfers. This fee must be paid prior to the confirmation of the new course date. We strongly encourage all students to arrive on time to ensure they receive the complete benefits of their training. Planning ahead to accommodate for potential delays is highly recommended. Please note, while we aim to accommodate genuine cases of unforeseen circumstances, there is no guarantee of transfer, and in all cases, students are encouraged to arrive on time. Repeated instances of late arrival may impact a student’s eligibility for future transfers. Acknowledgment: By enrolling in a course with Tactical Education & Defense, LLC, students acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation and Transfer Policy.

Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals - Certified Instructor
Upon successfully completing this course, you will become a USCCA Certified Instructor uniquely authorized to teach the USCCA course, Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals.
This course has become the nation’s leading curriculum for law-abiding Americans seeking to obtain their concealed carry permit. When it comes to firearms fundamentals and concealed carry and home defense concepts, you will provide your students with high-quality material and help them understand the ‘why’ behind training concepts.
Class Preparation: You must complete the corresponding online learning course. (Automatically sent to you upon registering for the class.)
Day 1: you’ll be taught by a USCCA Training Counselor on a number of valuable topics including:
- Top ten instructor mistakes and how to avoid them
- Teaching best practices
- Running a safe live fire range
Day 2: You’ll have a chance to:
- Demonstrate your knowledge of the USCCA training material through seven short presentations to a group of your peers
- Run a live fire range, guiding your peers through the safe completion of the USCCA course of fire
