About SecureShot USA Having grown up in Maine I started hunting with my father at age ten, he stressed the importance of safety. More of that later. Fast forward 15 years I bought my first pistol. I attended a local Police Department concealed carry and guns safety course, joined a local range and practiced often over the next couple of years. I did not get the concealed permit as I didn’t feel that it was necessary. Twenty-six years later in the fall of 2023 while looking for more firearms training, I attended a United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) concealed carry class in Daytona Beach. It was a basic Florida CCW class. That night I signed up as a USCCA Elite Member and worked hard and completed all the courses. Wanting more and to impart my new learned skills I became a Certified Instructor in January of 2024. This added access to more training. I am continuously learning myself and looking forward to training people in the safe handling of firearms and personal safety. I am eager to help others learn to be safe with firearms and defensive training. We look forward to meeting you in the future.
