His extensive experience is fortified by specialized certifications in Home Defense, Concealed Carry Training, and a focused qualification in Countering the Mass Shooter Threat, with a particular focus on houses of worship. Adam's expertise isn't confined to one setting; he has adeptly trained usher and safety teams and has been an integral part of coordinating major church events, some hosting up to 30,000 attendees. His commitment to safety and preparedness has taken him both nationally and internationally, working with ministries and churches of all sizes to enhance their usher and safety team protocols.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Adam is a competitive shooter and dedicates part of his time as an assistant coach to a Junior Precision Shooting team, nurturing the next generation of sharpshooters at his local gun club.
