What You'll Learn
This class will prepare you for applying for the Florida CCW (Carry Concealed Weapon) permit using the best curriculum available. USCCA curricula is the most popular teaching method available; you will learn how to avoid using a firearm by being aware, and what will happen to you physically and mentally if you do use a firearm. Then you learn how to handle the aftermath of a self-defense incident and finally we teach you how to use the firearm safely and effectively.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals is a comprehensive classroom course for anyone considering owning or carrying a firearm for self-defense. If you are new to handguns, this is a great introduction to everything you need to know to start your self-protection journey.
This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
We supply the firearms, ammunition and we provide eye and ear protection before entering the range. We do not have a lunch break so feel free to bring snacks or a sandwich to class as well as beverages. Be advised that to get to the classroom you must go up a stairway. The stairs are located in Rural King, across from the rest rooms.
