What You'll Learn
The firearms training course includes the following elements: A) Instruction regarding knowledge and safe handling of firearms; B) Instruction regarding safe storage of firearms and child safety C) Instruction regarding knowledge and safe handling of ammunition; D) Instruction regarding safe storage of ammunition and child safety; E) Instruction regarding safe firearms shooting fundamentals; F) Live fire shooting exercises conducted on a range, including the expenditure of a minimum of 100 rounds of ammunition; G) Identification of ways to develop and maintain firearm shooting skills; H) Instruction regarding federal and state laws pertaining to the lawful purchase, ownership, transportation, use and possession of firearms; i. Instruction regarding the laws of this State pertaining to the use of deadly force for self defense; and I) Instruction regarding techniques for avoiding a criminal attack and how to manage a violent confrontation, including conflict resolution
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 72 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund, minus $25.00 registration fee. Classes cancelled less than 72 hours before the class will not be refunded.

This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
Total class fee is $175.00 plus range fees. Range fee: $10.00 - Cash only - paid at range. There is a Non-Refundable $25.00 registration fee. The Registration fee will be deducted from class fee. The Remaining class fee of $150.00 will be due at time of training.
