My Biography

Instructor Deborah Borges is a K-12 educator and a survivor. After successfully leaving an abusive relationship, Borges began a journey to freedom that allowed her to develop newfound confidence. She discovered training in firearms to be an empowering part of that journey. As she developed the skills to safely and effectively handle a firearm, Deborah's passion for training others grew. She now serves as part of a national non-profit shooting organization and leads 2A advocacy efforts in her state.

A skilled presenter, Deborah will keep you engaged throughout the course as she joins her passion for firearms instruction with compassionate teaching skills. Fielding questions is her specialty, and she is happy to address any concerns you may have. You can be sure she will explain concepts in a way that is memorable and easy to understand.
