What You'll Learn
You will learn about safety, proper handling, and tactical shooting fundamentals in an outdoor range environment. The majority of class time is focused on developing the shooter's skillset, situational awareness, and holster competency--drawing, shooting, and re-holstering. Students take this course to learn life-saving knowledge and skills.
What We'll Teach
Self-Defense Firearms Basics
This lesson will introduce you to a wealth of information on different types of self-defense firearms including handguns, home defense shotguns, and the AR-15 platform, where Michael Martin provides easy to understand explanations of the common terms used so frequently. The goal of this lesson is to de-mystify what can sometimes feel like a topic reserved for experts.
