What You'll Learn
This in person course meets the San Diego County Sheriff requirements for you to be issued a Concealed Carry Permit. The class is divided into classroom instruction on the Laws that all CCW holders should be aware of, interaction with law enforcement, legal locations of where you can and cannot Concealed Carry, concealed carry techniques and more.
Following the in class instruction period there will be a practical application training period on a live fire range followed by your range qualification course of fire. Once you have passed in class tests and completed your range qualification you will receive a certificate of completion to present to the SD Sheriffs Department for your permit to be issued.
Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your class for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class. Cancellation requests made within 24hrs of the class date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.

This course is a complete guide to understanding the basics of firearms ownership, safety, and nomenclature, and how it applies to home- or self-defense. After this class, students will feel confident to act as their family’s first line of defense in the event of a home invasion or other critical incident.
Additional Notes from Your Instructor
If you are interested in an AZ and UT Non-Resident Permits please inquire to have this added to your training. What to bring Notebook or something to physically to write on. Pencil/Pen Snacks/Drinks - whatever you need for a long day in class Comfortable chair. There are chairs but they may not be comfortable for some for extended classroom period. Firearm(s) that you have put on your Permit Application that you need to qualify with Gun belt suitable for a strong side IWB (Inside Waistband), OWB (Outside Waistband) holster for your primary weapon (for range portion of class) Ammunition (bring enough for each firearm to qualify 15rds each) And at least 150rds for range exercise’s Hearing Protection Eye Protection Hat Weather Appropriate clothing During Classroom portion LEAVE ALL FIREARMS LOCKED IN YOUR VEHICLE.
