Swiftly addressing malfunctions at the range or in critical situations is vital for safety and effectiveness.
Cancellation Policy: **Cancellation of Scheduled Appointments** When you reserve an appointment, a specific time slot on our calendar is allocated to you, making it unavailable for other patrons. Out of consideration for your fellow peers, we kindly request that you promptly notify us if you are unable to honor your scheduled appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you provide us with a minimum advance notice of 72 hours before your intended cancellation, we will credit your payment toward a future class (to be used within 60 days).
