I am a Certified Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) and Home Defense Instructor certified by the USCCA™. I am an Honorably Discharged Army Veteran. During my military service I was a certified Pistol Range Instructor. I have 2 Masters degrees. One is in Business Administration and the second is in Science of Leadership.

My Philosophy In addition to understanding the responsibilities of a CCW permit, owning and using a firearm for personal protection demands that a person have the mental, physical, and philosophical preparedness needed for such a responsibility. I understand that not everyone is comfortable with firearms, and I respect and support those people who wish not to have them in their homes. If, however, you feel the need or desire to own a firearm, it is of great importance that you and your family know how to use and store them safely. Owning a firearm, regardless of its use, without learning how to use it safely is like handing your car keys to a toddler. If you own or are considering owning a firearm, please take the time and effort to learn how to do so safely.
