Paul Leonidas Lin is an avid and knowledgeable full-time criminal defense attorney. Unlike other “jack-of-all-trades” general practitioners who divide their time and attention to several different areas of law, Mr. Lin devotes himself entirely to the practice of criminal defense. So you can rest assure knowing that Mr. Lin will be focusing on “what to do” with your case, rather than “how to do it.”
Prior to beginning his private criminal defense practice, Mr. Lin worked for District Attorney’s Office of both Riverside County and San Bernardino County. During his time with the respective District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Lin prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. After leaving the prosecutor’s office, Mr. Lin accepted a position with the one of Riverside County’s criminal defense conflict panels. There, Mr. Lin represented hundreds of accused and indigent men and women, which whom the Public Defender’s Office has a legal conflict of interest and can no longer represent them.
Mr. Lin is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association, and the California Public Defender’s Association. In addition, Mr. Lin is a officer of the newly formed Asian Pacific American Lawyers of the Inland Empire (APALIE) association.
