Who do I call if I get into a self-defense incident?

Your first call should be to 911. You want to be the first one to report the incident. “Winning the race to 911” could prove helpful in establishing that you are indeed the victim.

Your call immediately after 911 should be to the Delta Defense Critical Response Team. On the back of your USCCA Membership card, you will find the phone number of the 100% American-based Delta Defense Critical Response Team. A Critical Response Team (CRT) Agent is standing by 24/7/365 to take your call and help guide you through the aftermath of a self-defense incident.

What should I do if I get in a self-defense incident in the middle of the night?

USCCA Membership activation you have around-the-clock access to your membership benefits - 24/7/365. If you get into a self-defense incident at night, you can simply call the Delta Defense Critical Response Team. You will be connected with one of the Critical Response Team Case Managers who will help guide you and your family through aftermath of a self-defense incident.
